Helen Dagdag, Sephora Collection National Artist, Los Angeles, told Happi there will be a“huge return” to color that will continue into 2023.
 
“Everyone is inspired by hit shows that use makeup as art,” she told Happi. “So, whether that means placing your eyeliner in a less traditional spot, your blush is placed high and bright, or you are rocking a sparkling gloss on your lips, it’s all about how you want to express yourself.”
